Day 29 of the 31 Day Challenge is "inspired by the supernatural." I wasn't sure what to do for this theme. I had several ideas and finally decided on one the other day. I chose Zero, Jack Skellington's ghost dog in The Nightmare Before Christmas! I used the Nicole by OPI polish from the Selena Gomez collection called "Love Song" for the base color. For the accent nail, I painted on Zero using a toothpick. I thought about doing other characters from the movie but again didn't have enough time so I settled for making him the star of my nails by putting him on the ring finger and leaving the other nails as is.
The Haunted Mansion at Disneyland currently has the Nightmare Before Christmas overlay so my nails would fit right in there!
That completes Day 29 of the 31 Day Nail Art Challenge! I'm all caught up! Just two more to go!
The 31 Day Challenge (#31DC2015) is a challenge where participants do nail art inspired by 31 prompts and post one per day. I won't be painting my nails every day but I'm challenging myself to try to at least post each day using nail art I have yet to share in addition to new ones. Not sure if I'll be able to keep it up with my schedule but I'm going to try! Thanks for following along!
I love Zero (I have a waterglobe with him in it) and I love your nails! Zero should definitely be the star.
