Duffy the Disney Bear Nails for a Disney Cruise

Today I'm sharing one of my very favorite manicures I've done so far.  It's actually from a couple years ago but I never got around to posting it here.  I was going on a Disney Cruise for my birthday and wanted to paint something special on my nails for it.  Because Duffy the Disney Bear loves to travel and go sail around the world with Mickey, I thought he would be the perfect theme!

I decided to paint a couple of my nails with Duffy's face using the version of him you see on the Duffy merchandise tags as reference.  On another nail I painted his pawprint and on another I painted some stripes.  Finally I painted an anchor on the pinky with a hidden Mickey at the top of it.  I thought the stripes and anchor gave the nails more of a Disney cruise look.

What do you think?  I loved having these on my nails during the cruise- they fit right in.  Here are some photos I took of them while on the cruise.

I love Duffy!  I may do another version of Duffy nails sometime.  Perhaps with some of his friends in there!  I hope everyone is having a happy summer.
